TANYI MBIANYOR R. T. YOUGHE (Mrs.) is an Alumni of Harvard University’s JFK School of Go-vernment, holder of a Master of Arts (MA) in Governance from UT Austin, Texas, USA.

She also holds a degree in Law from the University of Yaounde-Cameroon and is a senior tax inspector graduate from the national advanced school of management and magistracy known by its french acronym ENAM.

She has served the government of Cameroon at several managerial levels and has been for over 10 years, technical adviser to the minister of Finance and the minister of Economy and planning.

She is a specialist in International Cooperation and Regional Integration with a renowned reputation in programs of both national and international interest. She has been prominent and instrumental in policy development and implementation in Cameroon as she played key roles in the conception of the Cameroon’s development vision 2035.
She is a Specialist in forestry, sustainability and revenue enhancement with the World Bank and IMF accreditation.

She has served as head of administration charged with the management of forestry resources in the Ministry of Environment and Forestry and in conjunction with the Ministry of Finance, she worked towards the attainment of the double revenue objectives of sustainable management of forests and resources and improving the contribution of this sector to the state budget. Considerable increase in revenue collected in forestry sector progressed from FCFA 40 billion ($80 million)  to 134 billion ($268 million) only over a period of five years.
She coordinated Cameroon’s effort to obtain eligibility for America’s development Assistance Initiative, the Millennium Challenge Account (MCA) working with 25 different private sector representatives and civil society organizations.
She has has represented the minister of Finance at several international meeting forums such as the Commonwealth Finance Ministers’ meetings in Guyana, Washington DC, and Cyprus in Malta.
